TIM suggests to make use of `Ming Tai`s` subsidiary, `Ming Kai`, to issue shares so as to procure enough capital to attack `Ming For`. Consequently, BILL really abandons `Ming Tai` so as to save `Ming For`. TIM meets YIN. YIN finds that TIM only talked about work. YIN asks TIM not to pressure himself to be with her. TIM explains that he needs time. LAI announces to return `Li Tin` to TIM. TIM is glad. TIM invites KEUNG back to `Li Tin`. KEUNG refuses. TIM and PING find LUK WAN SUN with the triad leader, YUEN`s, help. BILL is under ICAC`s investigation and cannot borrow loan. BILL is mad. HAN brings with him a knife to attack TIM.
